keyboard shortcuts not working

Same on Windows...

I think it's because ctrl-b in forefox brings up the bookmarks sidebar ... I'm fairly certain that the document doesn't even receive the keypress because firefox intercepts it.

I don't think there's any solution except maybe a plugin for FF.... or petition the Mozilla dudes to change that behaviour
