insert html tag through fckeditor

I want to insert <ad> in the edit mode, when I click save button, the editor transfer <ad> into <ad></ad> at the source mode, and <ad> disppeared at the edit mode. what i want is to let <ad> transfered to "<Ad>" in the source mode,

how can i do that?
