An "iframe" tool for the toolbar?

If there are any sample plugins showing how to add any HTML tag with fields for the tag parameter that would also be helpful. Then I could modify it to turn it into an iframe dialog with URL, height and width, etc.

Does anybody happen to know of such a plugin sample?
