id and class Attributes

I don't see anywhere in the editor where I'm allowed to set the id or class for a table cell.

It would be nice if we were allowed to set the id, class, style and onclick events on all html elements (e.g. <a>, <div>,<tr>,<td>,<table>,etc) supported by the editor.
