how can I insert media player in fck

I am fully integrated editor, and I am working to perfection, but I want to insert Videos (files. Mov,. Avi, .Wmv ...) and music (wma...) but fckeditor only enable for insert swf.
I googled and found some plugins but I can't use them because ERROR
