help EDIT or get rid of

I came into this job after the website was already created and i know how to do html. but we have this editor, and i need to get to edit the actual website the only thing in the editors are like text things and pages, and i am not talking about putting it in html to edit i want to edit the div, and tables and all that stuff. Some one either tell me how to get rid of the editor or how to edit EVERYTHING. Please
