google + sun maybe develop a webbased editor

Rumors go that Google and Sun Microsystems team up (so far it's a fact) to build a webbased OpenOffice (Interesting, but only a rumor). Isn't this very interesting for the FCKeditor? I think the FCKeditor is a great product and I believe not (yet) another tool must be build from scratch. My dream: The FCKeditor incorporate by Google and Sun, leaving the community intact, leaving all developers on their seats, but adding powerfull names, developers and advertisment to it. The FCKEditor could be renamed (with all do respect Frederico!) into webOffice and could be the openOffice web equivalent, able to work with ODT files! (http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=ODT)
