getting uploading to work with ColdFusion

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of FCKeditor. I was using CKEditor, but I needed the file uploader.

I installed FCKeditor and it shows up fine on my page. The editing buttons seem to work.

I also followed the instructions (as far as I can tell) to turn on file uploading with CFM. When I click the "image" button, I do get a dialog that has an "upload" tab. I can select a file, but when I click on "send it to the server," I just get an endless progress animation.

Any ideas for things I can check? Thanks for your help.
