getting querystring vars from connector

Can anyone please tell me how to make it possible to pass vars from the querystring in fckconfig.js (filemanager/browser/default/browser.html?Type=Image&Connector=connectors/php/connector.php) to the connector. I need to pass a userfolder to the connector so I can use different folders for each user of my system.
