Does it works?
I have it turn on, and when I use ctrl+v to paste text text is still formatted.

For this, you would have to create your own function to intercept the IE (or Firefox) event for keypresses and say that if it is ctrl+v to run the onClick function of the correct button.

It's a little hard to do, but it is theoretically possible.
