file upload doesnt work ! :(

the demo in the http://www.fckeditor.net work great but in none of the copies (the one in the offical site and the customer preview) the upload option works.i didn't touch anything after download.just unzipped the fckeditor in the root of my server.and when i try to use the _samples/php(or html)/sample01.php(or .html) the i cannot upload any files.
when i hit the upload button it says "Upload a new file in this folder (Upload in progress, please wait...)" and stops.
Please help!
P.S:im using mozilla firefox.

Well, not touching anything after download is part of your problem. Another part is that you fail to mention what server technoloogy yer yoosing.

This wonderful project is capable of utilizing many different server side technologies. Depending on which one you want to use, it's fairly easy to configure.

Check out fckconfig.js, and do a search through this forum for more information.

I am having the same problem. I am using asp and have configured the UserFilesPath. I can insert and image with no problem and when I upload an image it finds the folder, but only 1kb of the image is uploaded. Any suggestions?

Do you use the 'ServerPath' parameter? (eg: ...connect.php&ServerPath=/images/ )
