fckeditor error wont fix

I'm having a problems whit fckeditor and I really need to solve it. I'm developing a plugin for fceditor that can correct the error: http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/7607. I would like to know if anyone can give me a hint to were is called the action that deploys the browser interaction when we change view.
