To enable [paste] or not in different ToolbarSet

kurgbe told me the way to disable paste(Ctrl+V), thanks.

Now , I have another question, I want to make paste is available in Toolbarset "Default" and disable it in other Toolbarsets.

Kindly let me know if anybody knows the way to do that. Thanks in advance.
