email is converted into a mailto link in IE

FCKEditor Version Used: 2.2
Open FCKEditor in IE (i was using IE7)
Type in an email address in the editor example, 'test@test.com' (<--no link)
Nothing happens
Now Add a space after the .com and observe, the email address becomes a mailto: link
This is happening only on IE and not in Firefox
I tested this on the current nightly build http://nightly.ckeditor.com/5729/_sampl ... ycode.html
and was able to see the same problem.

Can anyone please shed some light on this issue and let me know how to fix it?
