documentation... where is it?

I downloaded version 2, unzipped the files to a new folder on my desktop called fckeditor and tried to run the samples. They don't seem to work. I tried to then create a new folder in IIS called newsite. I then put in sample04.html and fckeditor.js in the newsite folder and then I created a directory in there called fckeditor which contained the editor directory. It still doesn't work. I've looked through the files in the zip file and I can't find any documentation that clearly spells out how to install and use this thing. Can anyone help? Thanks.
