ckeditor theme/design question

is it planned to have a new design/theme for ckeditor?

I´m aware that you (the developers) are mainly concerned about functionality, speed etc. (which is good, of course).
nevertheless, most editors currently suck when it comes to design (buttons, popups, fonts, ...). there´s no coherent aesthetic throughout any editor.
when taking a look at the current demo of ckeditor, it still looks like being designed about 10 years ago.

I know that it´s possible to theme the editor, so I could change everything by myself. while it´s usually very easy to change the buttons, it´s also very hard to change the popups.
therefore, I repeat my question: do you plan to release ckeditor with an up-to-date theme?
