auto template into fckeditor with image uploader?

i was wondering how can i edit the empty white area of FCKeditor when opening new message because i want to load the template into the editor while writing since the template editor does not show me the actual template so i can replace images or text when i want to send

also FCKeditor doesn't have image uploader i have to link to a image URL , i have seen some fckeditor not sure which versions that supports uploading images like file manager, how to enable that?

last question how can i enable full screen edit mode in fckeditor ?
