aspx site inside an asp site

I have an aspx site running as a separate web application inside an asp site. I put the FCKeditor dll in the bin of the subdirectory but can't determine how to get it to use the fckeditor directory in the embedded aspx site. I've used the PHP and ASP versions plenty of times, this is my first effort with ASPX.
