Is anyone paying for support

I am wondering if anyone out there is paying for support and if so how long do they usually take to respond?

I paid for it and am still waiting for a response and it has been almost 36hrs

Do not pay for support!!!!!!!!!!!

They Still have not contacted me.

I am going to me Credit Card company and doing a charge back!
