XML request error: OK (200)

I am using FCKeditor in .NET 2.0.but i am getting very strange error
On uploading image when i click Browsw Server, an error comes out with a large screen(See in attachment)

The Error says
The server didn't send back a proper XML response. Please contact your system administrator.

XML request error: OK (200)
I am not getting why this error comes out.It works fine in IE7 and Mozilla Firefox but throws error on IE6
Any help is greatly appreciated.
