the path doesn't look right for 2.5. Please review your changes to the configuration.

Thanks for your reply - but I am unclear what you mean. Please can you explain which part of the config you think is incorrect and also perhaps give me an example of what you whould expect it to be?

this is the default configuration that you shouldn't change unless you want to use a custom filebrowser

Hello again everyone - I have returned to this issue and done some more digging, which has highlighted something interesting. I found the "test.html" file in the filemanager > connectors directory and manually ran some tests. Lo and behold I can happily create folders on my server - however as soon as I try and upload a file I get the following message...

ADODB.Stream error '800a0bbc' 
Write to file failed. 
/admin/fckeditor/editor/filemanager/connectors/asp/class_upload.asp, line 270


Any ideas what this means?

Add write permessions to the folder possibly?

Might be a bit late now though

its working for my local host ..

but i am getting error on server while uploading image

Look, I get this response every time I want to browse the server! for EVERY new site I set-up and EVERY time have to contact support to have this fixed..
obviously there is a problem, could developers fix it please??
