Word 'Array' being added to file path upon file upload?

When I use the link tool to upload a file, the FCKEditor script is adding the word 'Array' to the file path.

For example: If I want to upload myfile.pdf, I receive a successful upload message, but the auto-inserted file path in the dialogue box shows

[http:// <-- drop-down box option] [Array/files/myfile.pdf]

...INSTEAD of...

[http:// <-- drop-down box option] [sudomain.mywebsite.com/files/myfile.pdf]

Anyone know how to fix this?

NOTE: I am using a simlink script to pull instances of FCKEditor into subdomains.
