Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm noticing that the front page of this forum seems to contain many topics with zero replies - people ask questions, but nobody answers. That's disturbing. Still, I'll have a go, and see what happens...
I frequently visit (and administer) a Drupal site of which I am a member, with Javascript disabled. When I go to edit any page which has the FCKEditor, the textarea field are each present twice. There's a tall textarea, full of HTML, and then, right underneath it, I see a much smaller (three-line) textarea, with no functioning scrollbar, but filled with identical HTML. I never know which one I'm supposed to edit!
Now I know, this post raises the obvious question: why install FCKEditor and then disable Javascript? The answer is - it's not my website, and other users like to be all WYSIWYG, so FCKEditor has to be there. I have Javascript disabled by default, because that's what I do.
So, how come I see a duplicate of each textarea? Anyone know?
