Where is fckeditor.html?

Hello,

I continue to get an error saying that it cannot find fckeditor.html. I get this in my app and the samples apps. Where is fckeditor.html? I don't see if in the jar files or anywhere else. The only fckeditor.html that I see is in the JavaDoc.
