Where are the ToolbarIcon Images???

Hi, Im triying to modify some of the icons of the Toolbar buttons but I can't find the image files! I had searched ALL THE FILES in the zip file and there's not any .gif .jpg or .png for the icon of the save page (Floppy disk icon, for example). Or what if I want to change the color of the F in the "Flash Toolbar Icon" or replace the B bold icon with the picture of bart simpson...

I look at the skins dirs and there's noting,
I look at the /skins and /css .CSS files and the refrences for the SKINS are like to change the "background" of the editor toolbar. but there's not any reference to any file for the buttons.

I had seen in the installation help, and deleted all the UNECESARY files and the editor stills work.

I try unconnected me from the net and delete the cache to see if the icons are downloaded from a web server. But the editor stills works, so.. It seems that all those images are EMBEDDED some where.

Also I need to change the SIZE of the icons, my app is focused to people that has visibility problems, so I need to Duplicate the size of the icons too. But I think that when the first question is answered, will answer this too.
