What does the packager do?

Do developers actually read this forum, or is it just users? Am I wrong about the bug, or does everyone that does development on this project use Windows?

This doesn't seem like a very complicated question.

The answer is probably something to the tune of "it removes most unnecessary whitespace and concatenates the following files..."

I'd settle for which files are contained in which produced files. That would be enough to do the trick.
