Hi there!
There is a STRONG need to insert non-breakable space into text via the editor like you do for line-breaks.
If you press enter - it's a paragraph P tag, is shift+enter - BR tag.
As I don't know the way to how to do it using FCKeditor - I propose to short-key shift+space to insert
Or to consecutive spaces are transformed into (but shift+space is much better).
This is very needed in cases when you perform neat formatting (like don't break initials and company names into different lines). Same stands for kilograms (10 kg) - the kg should not be.
PLEASE implement.
P.S. I sometimes get loosy random in the text while I enter it. When do they come from?

Re: We need a way to insert nbsp via keyboard input
What about SHIFT + spacebar ?
It give a clear to me.
Re: We need a way to insert nbsp via keyboard input
Try to type some words. Then put cursoe in the middle of any word and press shift+space. After looking at the code you will find that there is a breakable space. Weird, isn't it?
So there are 2 issues:
1) Random generation of in the code
2) And lack of ability to force input
P.S. I use FCKeditor 2.5.
Re: We need a way to insert nbsp via keyboard input
Thanks in advance.
