Upload Image problem

Hi,I have javascript error when I use image-upload browser from FCKeditor.

Error Description:


The same set-up of Fck-editor works fine off line and shows all the elements of \
defaul toolbar .

But online it does not show full elements of Toolbar.The absent elements are
in first row.After the Eraser does not show elements like combobox,input box,radio
button and second image upload element.

And the major error is that when we try to upload image it shows javascript error.
which is shown in image.Offline it works fine.
