Trouble with uploading html-code in editor

Hello. I've got any trouble.
FCKeditor damaged html-code, when my script uploaded html-code into editor from database.
For example, when I save page with JavaScript-code - saving goes well. But when I open this page in editor again, all javascript-code damaged.
