Toolbar set "Default" doesn't exist.

Same problem in beta2 with PHP connector.
Toolbars added in <editorroot>/fckconfig.js dont exist, says a popup alert, and changes in existing toolbars are ignored.

Are toolbars Complex, Intermediate and Simple defined somewhere else?

I want only add the 'Source' button into Intermediate ...

My Firefox seems to cache something ...

Firefox has an annoying thing regarding "caching" stuff.

The toolsbar are defined in the fckconfig.js.
