Toolbar fails to load using Firefox and Zeus

I have just installed this fantastic editor but have
come across a 'bug' that I can't fix.

The tool bar fails to load when using Firefox browser
(ver 1.0.2) off of my webhost provider (netregistry).
They are using Zeus Server:
(I think that is apache).

However, the tool bar does load correctly in Firefox,
when I use Microsoft IIS (XP) server on my local machine.

IE 6 isn't effected by either server.

As I prefer to use Firefox I wouldn't mind some info on how to fix this.

Any idea welcome.
BTW I have tried both versions 2.0rc3 and 2.0fc preview with no success.

I was having a similiar problem and fixed it by configuring appache with both domxml and gd. I can only guess that IE has this built into it on a Windows machine? but gd is the libraries necessary on the server to render images dynamically and most likely is the problem. If you have control over the server then you can easily just install the modules if not then you will have to get your provider to do it. Do you have php on this server? if so you can upload the php_info.php page to view all this very nicely.

I'm getting the same thing, but running iplanet on solaris. Is there an equivalent fix for iplanet?
