Toolbar fails to load using Firefox and Zeus

I was having a similiar problem and fixed it by configuring appache with both domxml and gd. I can only guess that IE has this built into it on a Windows machine? but gd is the libraries necessary on the server to render images dynamically and most likely is the problem. If you have control over the server then you can easily just install the modules if not then you will have to get your provider to do it. Do you have php on this server? if so you can upload the php_info.php page to view all this very nicely.

I'm getting the same thing, but running iplanet on solaris. Is there an equivalent fix for iplanet?
