Textarea's height on toolbar expand

Hello,

my FCKeditor's textarea height is small (about 55px) and when I expand a toolbar, it uses some area of the textarea. What I want to do is to automatically enlarge textarea's height by the height of the toolbar (about 20px) when user expands it.

Can anybody help me?
