Spellcheck button not available, please help

Hi there,

I've got two implementations of FCK editor here (V2 ASP) on different servers. Otherwise the installation is pretty much the same.

However, on one the spellchecker icon displays, is clickable and works, while on the other the button is greyed out and is not clickable. It appears briefly on page load on the second case, and if I click before it disappears I get the following error -

Any ideas guys? I cant find any help through trawling Google, and while I assume this is a server setup issue, I've tried "opening everything up" to no avail.
