I did it about two years ago. It was a major pain in the butt and NetSpell is about as dead of a project as their are out there.
I switched all of my apps from NetSpell to spelling program recommended for FCK.

What spelling program ieSpell? I cant use that as i need this to beavailable without any installs on the client side .

Using SpellerPages. IESpell only works with IE and only works with a client install. It works pretty well.
