Is SetData broken in 2.6? Stopped working after upgrade from

I found the error and, of course, it was not caused by SetData.
Instead, this is what caused the error:

fckEditor.MakeEditable() ;

This was needed(?)/worked after applying SetData in versions prior to 2.6, but apparently not anymore.

Instead of deleting the original post, I posted this answer - maybe it can help someone.
And, the mentioned sample still doesn't work...
