Set Default Font Format

In searching the archives, I see plenty of questions regarding how to set the default font format, but no answers. I am hoping that these questions simply have been lost in the volumes of questions posted here, and that there is a way to set this. I want all of my content to have a default format of Normal(DIV).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
