FCKeditor seems to replace automatically ASCII characters, e. g. the ". In German the first one of the two " is at the bottom line, the second at the top line. If I want to use the correct characters, I have to use
So my question is: Does anybody know, where I have to look for the replacements that FCKeditor uses, so I can edit them?

“, which unfortunately is not the same as #147.
