that would also be interesting for us. one way would be post-processing of the textarea data in the application and stripping out unwanted html-tags. that's one simple option, but it would be much nicer if this could be done directly through fckeditor in the textarea. if you strip down the toolbar and disallowing all the options people coundn't use font-tags etc. but if the data gets pasted they could "insert" some formatting which is not wanted. it would be great to have that stripped out. for us it would be great if it could be matched with the toolbar options. so, only the tags and options allowed in the toolbar are valid, all other will be stripped out.

You are just committed to scaring people away from these forums, aren't you? If you want people to follow what you suggested, make a sticky post in this forum or a page in the docs and direct people to either of these.

for us it would be great if it could be matched with the toolbar options. so, only the tags and options allowed in the toolbar are valid, all other will be stripped out.
