Protect contents in FCKEditor - No edit/delete

I want to protect/lock part of my contents in FCKeditor. I enclosed the noneditable contents in a <DIV tag contenteditable="false"> It works good but when I select the contents and delete it, it gets deleted. The selected contents should not get deleted nor edited... Any idea?
