Problems with position of dialogs in the page

Hello

I have this situation where the editor is loaded on a bottom floating DIV that stay on the bottom.
If I load a text color dialog for exemple, and the page is scrolled down, that dialog will never show as it is drawn on top of the page as If I never scrolled the page.

Any ideas?
