Problems with IE (6 and 7)

Hi all:

I downloaded FCKEditor 2.6.
I configure it and works perfectly in Firefox.
But in IE (6 and 7) i can see the editor without problem and use most of the button, but i can´t: search, add link, load images, load flash, create table...
All actions that pop up a window are working bad.
I test the samples, in my server, and i see that the samples works great.
So, i think it could be a HTML-FCKeditor integration problem.
I copy the code in sample01 and put it in my HTML (i change BasePath) and it works bad.
¿Somebody knows what i´m doing bad?
