Problem with load/upload images!

I have a problem with load/upload images.
I create a project (with asp.net using visual.net) and sub folder /news, /news/admin then i copy .dll into /bin in root project and then i copy folder /FCKeditor into /new/admin/FCKeditor but when I brower image then a message error "XML request error: Internal Server Error(500)" What happen?

you should check the permissions on the folder

I try to upload a file with .NET, but the first time I need to press F5 to make it work this generates another file. I think this is an error.

I am using php on w2k

I just downloaded the latest version. Would and earlier version work?

What do I need to configure?
