Plug in that creates hyperlink in FCKEditor

Hi All,

I want to create a plugin in my FCKEditor that creates hyperlink at the cursor position. The plugin shold be in the form of dropdown and when user selects an item in the dropdown it should create an hyperlink with the selected text in FCK Editor and when user single clicks that hyperlink it should popup new window. Can any one help me on this issue.
