I think the project lacks information/documentation like better examples of integration or usage (btw, the Smarty examples are great!), better and more flexible upload paths, links to alternative filemanagers/skins/etc, another place with easier interface to keep updates/plugins/etc.
Yes, I know .... it all exists here at sourceforge, but I find it somewhat confusing, because all the versions are mixed up and no real documentation nor website exists for the majority.
The editor is real good and can be used in many flexible ways which is really nice. Ive now used it for a long time, but my biggest headache are (still):
An easy way of customizing paths for uploading.
'Search the forums' .. Yeah, and you end up with something like 1000 posts.. 950 are replies and the last 50 are requests mixed with minihacks and questions.
Please migrate to another, better forum soon Fred!
