Please add options "Merge with cell Below" and "Unmerge with cell Below" in popup menu for editing the table. Also it is possible to break an option "Merge cell" on two options - "Merge with cell to the Right" and "Unmerge with cell to the Right", which will work WITHOUT SELECT TEXT inside cells. It will be very cool!
