Paste from Word in MACs

Hi, does anyone know a workaround to enable a MAC/Firefox combination to directly paste from Word? I've searched these forums and I see that many other people have the same problem, but I've not seen a solution. Many thanks for your ideas.

I have the same problem here MAX OS X / FireFox 1.06:
when I copy text from word and paste it in the editor all formats are gone!

please help!

I found a workaround for this one:

From word, select "Preview as web site". This will display the file in a browser window. If you copy and paste the text from this window, it will show up in the editor with the formatting intact.
