Open a window using Link parameter in FCKEditor.

Hi

when the user creates a link , i want to open a window. so could you help me to open a window on clink of link and along with this how i can run the javascript code in FCKEditor.

requirement is like ...
Some link is there with text onclick of that link we want to open one popup window or frame were we will show some http page...
But when we are putting link that time it's opening page in new window ...
