ONE fck for many websites

i have problems with BasePath..

FCK is located at http://cms_source/fckeditor/
Webpage is http://jauns/

Why i can't get to work FCK in my webpage http://jauns/ ?
i set $oFCKeditor->BasePath = 'http://cms_source/fckeditor/', but it doesn't work.
i put fck outside the web because i want one FCK for ALL my websites.
ONE FCK for many websites - is that impossible? Is it utopia?
