Not able to type in FCK Editor on chrome and safari

I am not able to type anything on the fck editor in chrome and safari if I have another iframe in the same page.
this is the error which I am getting

Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://xx/PMMsocialMembersPMM660x160.html from frame with URL http://mysite/fckeditor/editor/fckedito ... anded=true. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
/fckeditor/editor/js/fckeditorcode_gecko.js:35Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'parentWindow' of undefined

If i remove the iframe (advertisement) its working fine. Its not having any issue with firefox and IE
Any help is appreciated
