Nobody answers my question, change course

Hi, all,

I integrated Fckeditor into our application. We can see it without any problem. However, when our client use it, the Fckeditor is not showing up, instead, it just shows a textarea( wthat I can tell, but not quite be sure), I mean, no Fckeditor's edit buttons. They are using IE7.

Any idea?

Any input appreciated.

Without access to your system is quite hard to say what's wrong. Maybe it's something in your code, maybe it's something in the client. Test different configurations, see if there are any errors...

If its working good for you using IE7 I would have your client check the internet settings for their IE7 browser. Have them restore all the defaults in security settings and advanced settings.

Thanks for you two's input.

I am using IE7, Firefox, Netscape, even Safari on Windows, NO Problem. Another client using the same system, they have no problem using the Fckeditor.

Just the client I mentioned, they can't the editor. I am sure this is because of their configuration (network, browser's setting). I can'ts duplicate it in my environment, thus this is hardest thing for me to debug. And it is difficult for me ask the end user this, that, etc. I post this just want to narrow down the possible cause.

More idea? Any input appreciated.
